During our time in Ho Chi Minh City, we took a day trip to the Mekong Delta. We visited several islands via boat, where we explored a cacao farm, a coconut farm, and a honey farm. We even got to enjoy a wee tuk-tuk ride. These experiences gave me some of my favourite and highest-quality photos from the trip.
This concludes my series of posts on Vietnam. I had an incredible time, and I absolutely loved both the country and its food. Eating vegan was effortless, with a rich variety of high-quality options available everywhere we went. I hope to revisit South East Asia and Vietnam in the future.
